Rick has been part of the Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest community since 1979 having found the area on a weekend fishing adventure. Rick then joined a local Raine and Horne Real Estate office which he took on to become one of the most prestigious offices within the Raine & Horne network.

He has been the driving force in local real estate for over twenty years. Having sold more than 2000 properties during this period, his expertise in property sales in Hawks Nest/Tea Gardens is unparalleled. Such extensive experience denotes his vast intimate knowledge of each property in the area. That kind of local understanding is absolutely invaluable in the property marketplace.

Rick is known in the industry as a highly successful auctioneer and is now passing that expertise on to Kirsten Adam who already has presented properties to auction under his guidance.

Trish Wraight - Principal

Trish first came to Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest in 1985 as the Great Lakes Council Tourism Development Co-ordinator. Actively promoting the Great Lakes Shire, Trish was drawn to Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest because of its natural beauty and easy lifestyle.

In the late 80’s Trish joined Rick at Raine and Horne and then followed the move to Myall Quays Estates and finally the emergence of ‘Tea Gardens Real Estate’ as we see its great strength within the industry today.

Working quietly in the background, Trish supports many community groups and focuses her attention on the young people who will be the future of the area as well as arts, crafts and special interest groups.
Trish’s exceptional skills within the hospitality and tourism industry has allowed her to be the driving force behind the disciplines and protocols of TGRE and in addition her understanding of technology has placed Tea Gardens Real Estate in a position envied by many Real Estate Agencies.

Together Rick and Trish have over thirty years experience in real estate - in the Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest region. They remain the unrivalled real estate experts of the district. Having been at the forefront of the development and promotion of the prestigious Myall Quays Estate/Myall River Downs Estate in Tea Gardens, Rick and Trish continue to strive towards the enhancement of the region.

Kirsten Adam

Kirsten has been a very important part of Tea Gardens Real Estate since joining the company in June 2004.

Coming from a Real Estate background, she has sound communication skills. When appraising or selling a property her philosophy is simple: ‘Be honest, clear and concise in relaying information between two equally important parties during a transaction.'

Kirsten has an excellent knowledge of all Great Lakes Planning instruments as well as property price movements over the past ten years.

Kirsten has been responsible for introducing many holiday homebuyers for Holiday visitors – testimony to this are the continual boxes of chocolates that arrive as ‘thank you presents’ for her uncompromising approach to their purchase.

Having three school age children Kirsten understands local issues facing young families and is constantly in touch through sporting groups, swimming and dancing classes.
